Wie lange dauert es, bis ich meine Uhr erhalte?
Nach deiner Bestellung beginnt die Fertigung deiner Uhr.
Die Fertigung dauert vier Kalendertage.
So läuft es ab:
Deine Uhr wird in Deutschland gefertigt.
Nach der Fertigung übergeben wir Sendungen täglich.
Der Transport dauert anschließend etwa acht Tage.
Die voraussichtliche Zustellung kann je nach Zielort abweichen.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Prüfe die Versanddetails vor Abschluss deiner Bestellung.
Can I customize the logo/remove it?
Absolutely!You can send us an email with your order number and full name after ordering, stating your desired design or that you want to remove the logo. Or write in a message with the checkout. You can also contact us before ordering.
Will I get a warranty on the watch?
Every watch from our workshop comes with a free 1-year warranty . This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.
For extra peace of mind, you can also choose to purchase a 1-year warranty extension.
Please note that the warranty does not cover scratches, damage resulting from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities even though they are water resistant. The warranty only covers defects related to the movement.

Do you use genuine Seiko movements?
Yes, we use genuine Seiko movements. We buy from manufacturers who sell authentic Seiko movements, so you can be sure of the quality. Once you have received your watch, you can easily have this confirmed by a watchmaker. If you believe the movement is not genuine, you have the option to return the watch within 14 days of receiving it.
